Our program is built on the belief that children learn at their own pace and in their own unique way.  We provide a safe, clean, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children learn through creativity, exploration, playful experiences, and supported activities.  We focus on building accountability, confidence, and positive self-esteem through constructive guidance and encouragement.  We believe strong partnerships between teachers and families are essential to each child's success.  Open communication and consistent collaboration between school and home help children gain the most from their learning experiences.

Our facility uses the research based HighScope curriculum.  This comprehensive curriculum supports development in: Approaches to learning, social and emotional, physical & health development, Language, Literacy and Communication, Math, Creative Arts, Science, and Social Studies. In our classrooms, adult and children are partners in learning.  Children engage in hands on active learning experiences that encourage decision making, independence, and critical thinking skills.

We also use developmental screening tools, Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ and ASQ-SE), and ongoing assessments through COR.  These tools help us monitor progress, support growth, and partner with families to create individualized plans for each child's success.

What makes our program unique is the genuine nurturing care we provide to families, and our strong family partnerships and open communication, we have a social and emotional therapist who works with the staff and children, we have before and after care and out of school care for families who are enrolled in our GSRP/Free Prek for All program.

We are committed to helping every child grow academically, socially, emotionally and physically, building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
