Tott’s Early Learning Center proudly serves as a Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) site, providing high-quality preschool experiences that prepare children for kindergarten and lifelong success. Our program is implemented with fidelity to the GSRP model and the Michigan Early Childhood Standards of Quality.
Our philosophy centers on active, hands-on learning supported by strong, responsive relationships. We believe school readiness includes social-emotional development, language growth, cognitive skills, self-regulation, and physical well-being. Classrooms are nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate, ensuring children feel safe, confident, and engaged.
We implement the HighScope Curriculum framework, incorporating Plan-Do-Review, intentional small and large group instruction, and individualized support. Ongoing child observation using COR Advantage guides lesson planning and ensures measurable growth throughout the year.
Tott’s Early Learning Center is committed to data-driven instruction, continuous quality improvement, and meaningful family partnerships. Our qualified teaching staff and supportive learning environment ensure that every child is equipped with the skills and confidence needed for a successful transition to kindergarten.
