GSRP is a state funded program whose mission is to provide a nourishing program to enhance children’s self-esteem, social and emotional, cognitive, and physical development, in a hands on developmentally appropriate and safe setting.


The program includes parent involvement, field trips and uses the HighScope Curriculum which focuses on child initiated learning.


Full Day School Program Monday through Thursday 8:30-3:30.

Breakfast, Lunch and snacks are provided.

We engage children in hands-on learning that builds self-esteem, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Oakland County families have access to several high-quality, no-cost preschool options designed to support young children and their caregivers.

GSRP, Great Start Readiness Program
  • GSRP is a state funded preschool program in Michigan for eligible four year olds. It helps children build early learning, social, and school readiness skills. The program provides high quality instruction to prepare children for kindergarten.

Head Start:
  • Head Start is a federally funded preschool program for eligible children and families. It supports children’s learning and development while also offering family resources and health services. Head Start focuses on the whole child and works in partnership with families to help children succeed in school and beyond.
