Dreamy Children’s Center is committed to providing a high-quality early childhood experience for families in Oakland County through the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP). Our program focuses on nurturing the whole child by supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while preparing children for a successful transition to kindergarten.
Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that children learn best through meaningful relationships, active exploration, and a supportive learning environment. We view children as capable, curious learners and create classrooms that encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving. We also believe that strong partnerships with families are essential to a child’s success and work closely with parents to support learning at school and at home.
Dreamy Children’s Center implements the HighScope Curriculum, a research-based early childhood approach centered on active learning. Through hands-on experiences, children interact with materials, people, and ideas while teachers guide and support their development. This curriculum promotes decision-making, cooperation, creativity, and problem-solving while supporting development across all learning domains.
